How to Rent XRF Analyzers
With either short-term or long-term XRF analyzer rentals, you’ll be building equity with the ability to apply up to 100% of all rental fees towards the direct purchase of an instrument. As you might expect, certain conditions do apply. The rental process is easy:

We will send you a rental agreement and rental price
sheet. Sign and return the rental agreement;
complete and return the rental price sheet. Once we
receive these documents, we can schedule and release
the instrument for shipment.

You are responsible for payment as
soon as the instrument ships (unless you have
established credit with us). If you choose to pay
the security deposit by check, then the check will
be processed before the instrument is released. If
you choose to pay the security deposit by credit
card, the amount will be captured and held on your
credit card until the instrument is returned in good
condition.

Please try to provide us with as
much advanced notice as possible, so that we can
make sure that a suitable instrument is available
for you.

We are happy to provide training
on the analyzer. If you require training, please let
us know when you place your rental order.
